a coastal cloche.

I tucked a large conch shell (it has a history)
under a cloche with a marble base.
And added some pearls and beads for
a little hint of sunken treasure.

Another shell and a couple of
starfish are enough to complete the look.
Of course, now I'm thinking it needs a lot
more pearls and beads. I can see
more tweaks coming.

DeleteIt is dried, twisted into shapes and baked to hold it's shape.
This one is mounted on a stand.

We used to pull these shells off the side of the bulkheads when I was a kid living in Florida. Beautiful under glass and love the pearls : o ) Very pretty!
