Holiday Dough Bowl

My antique dough bowl, aka trencher, has been decked out for the holidays, just waiting it’s turn to be photographed and posted.

Using greens, antler sheds, pinecones, poinsettias,

A few glittery ornaments and and a red candle,  all of which I had on hand,

It has transformed into  holiday dress!

Until next time, Honey

  9. Your dough bowl is so pretty decorated for Christmas. Mine, sadly, is filled with pine cones and sitting under the sofa table. Poor thing, I probably should have done something more festive with it. Yours looks great!

  10. Your dough bowl looks beautiful! I especially like the antlers. When I was home for Thanksgiving, I decorated my Sister-in-law's tree with antlers. It was different but everyone seemed to like it.

  20. Beautiful!
I'd decided that not another old thing was coming into this house, but now know that I'll have to be on the lookout for a dough bowl. Yours is lovely, and I can see that it would be useful at other times of the year too.
