After the Holidays, my eyes needed a rest, so the Living Room Tabletops have been clean, using fewer elements for January. Both the side table and cocktail table scarves were changed to gold and creamy white. The side table apothecary jar was filled with Pinecones.
My Vintage Brownie Camera was added. If you want to see his story and have him wink at you he will.
Add some Vintage Books and a Tassel.
A Crystal Candy Dish and a little Pomegranate made of pewter and purchased in Greece. Pomegranates are for good luck.
The cocktail table has a matching gold and cream scarf, all scrunched up. The apothecary jars are filled with Dried Botanicals.
Plus a few Classic Books
Some decorative Carnelian Beads from Greece
And sometimes the Chair is like a tabletop when it holds an Open Book

ReplyDeleteYour January Tables are all so lovely with your scarves, books and jars. Especially nice with your accents from Greece. Thanks for stopping by today for TableTop Tuesday. I have tell you that the plates are not heart shaped, but a Photo Mirror Image Flip trick. I thought it was neat that they looked heart shaped, too, and wondered if anyone would comment on that....you are very observant!

Hi Honey,
ReplyDeleteThank you for your comment on my post. I see you have a lot of very nice goodies to show in your blog. I like the jar where you put the pinecones.
I love that camera. Your table tops look so rich and elegant. I spotted your wing back - love it!
ReplyDeleteYour tables look wonderful. Everytime I put a scarf on a table and kind of scrunch it up a bit, my 3 year old feels she needs to straighten it out. It never fails, one minute scrunched, the next straight and laying perfectly flat to the table. LOL
ReplyDeleteHoney,
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful tablescapes you have made! Thank you for sharing them with us, and thanks so much for stopping by to say hello.

ReplyDeleteYou know Debbie means seeker of the sweet and this post gave me an overdose of Honey...
The shapes of the apothecary jars filled with the gorgeous Dried Botanicals...yummy
and then those Carnelian beads...oh I could have set down in that scrumtous chair and just felt the coolness of the beads...moving them like an accordian from one hand to the other hand and feeling the shapes of the beads...I am not a diamond girl but carnelian, jade, peridot, tanzanite...the exotic stones just melt me.
stunning post and oh so sweet
Have A Sugar Sweet Day, Honey
