Outdoor Tweeking

This Summer, I  “tweaked”  the garden set that is in the back corner of our yard, near the pool.

The set itself is vintage,  steel mesh with bouncy chairs, but hard on a bare leg.  I didn’t  buy this vintage set, it was purchased new.  Hummmm

New, bright cushions were added to match the water of the pool.  Half -price plus 15%  coupon!  Gotta love it!    The color  of the water is always rich looking as when it was refinished a couple of years ago, we had blue quartz added to the finish.

This plant has really flourished in the shade, despite the heat!

It’s a pleasant place to sit in the evenings when it’s cool.  But, that’s been a while!

Until next time, Honey

  7. What a beautiful set, Honey! It looks like a great spot to sit with the dappled sunlight coming through. Of course, with the heatwave, I'm sure you are in the pool more than you are looking at it.

  22. Honey,
It looks lovely and I really like the sneak peek at the surrounding of your pool area, so old worldly looking. The colors your picked for your cushions are nice and cheery.
I thought about you this weekend, I was at one of the antique stores in town and seen one of the cheese platters (Three Olives) and showed it to my hubby and said that I entered a give-a-way just the other day at your site for one similar. Funny the little things that remind us of other bloggers.
